TERMS & CONDITIONS

Who:

  • Webinars are for store employees, broker representatives and brand employees.

  • The webinar link may be shared to the training ONLY with other store employees, broker representatives or brand employees.

  • The video nor the content of the video may be used outside your team or on social media platforms.


Gift with training:

  • The gift with training is only for store employees.

  • USA participants qualify for all webinars

  • Canadian participants qualify for certain brands. Please email for clarification education@bbbrandstrategy.com

  • PDF invitations will clarify if Canadian participants do not qualify.

  • Store employees will receive a maximum of 1 gift per brand, per month. This includes Live and On-Demand webinars.

  • Participants that have received a gift for attending the same topic webinar in 2024 will not receive a second gift for the same training.

  • Gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

  • The Company reserves the right to substitute a Gift with another at its discretion.   

  • Participants must log a minimum of 20 minutes to qualify for the gift with participation.  


Webinar Platform and Registration:

  • Participants must pre-register for the webinar

  • Once registered, participants will receive an email confirmation with their details and join link.

  • You can join from any type of device.

  • There is no Pause option for the On-Demand webinars.

  • We strongly ask that each person attending the training is individually registered and login individually.

  • If more than one person used a single login:

    • Take a group picture of those participating on the day of the training at the store.

    • Email education@bbbrandstrategy.com  the picture and names of those who attended and which login was used.


Follow up after trainings:

  • Immediately after the training, participants will be taken to a follow-up survey.

  • Have each team member who participated in the training complete the survey.

  • Participants will receive a follow up email from the Education Team that will include the PDF of the presentation and link to the survey in case they didn’t complete it right after the training.

  • The survey stays open for 3-4 days for responses. If an attendee missed that window, please email the Education team and we will work with them to get their gift.


Shipping:

  • Please give us approx. 4-6 weeks to process the training gifts.

  • Please provide the current/correct shipping address to your store on the survey.

  • Gifts are shipped via Sendle for most brands. These will come via USPS.
